ABOUT TRUSTEES
This Public Charitable Trust was launched by a group of professionals who have a vast repository of acquired skills in the realm of Human Resources Development and have invaluable experience in engaging students in Skill Development programs aimed at bringing the very best output from their inherent attributes.
The NGO works hand-in-hand with educational institutions, industries, Corporate and professionals in providing effective programs in line with the Vision & Mission, specially designed to deliver the difference in skill levels that delineate excellence from mediocrity.
OBJECTS: The objects for which the Trust is founded are:
- Trust Founded to serve society and to function as an Ethical and Non-communal Trust.
- Helping Students to acquire employability skills and entrepreneurial skills through On-line guidance (web portal), On-campus training programs, Psychometric Analysis & Psychological Counseling, Awareness programs, Developmental workshops, Standardized Assessments and Career Planning.
- Empowering under-privileged youth through sustained counseling, training and assessment activities.
- Helping the Local / International Institutions such as United Nations and it’s Associate Bodies, National Level NGOs, Multinational Companies & Corporate, Private/Public Foundations etc., in implementing their various welfare schemes meant for the targeted beneficiaries from the economically backward categories, irrespective of caste, creed, religion or race.
- Conducting skill based training programs and / or on the job training programs to help the student community and guiding them to fit into industrial / organizational needs.
- Facilitating Webinars of Virtual Institutions to Students and employees for their career growth.
- Auditing, Advising and Support Industries, Corporate, Institutions, Schools and Colleges on System Development towards Human Capital.
